As the buyer, you are obligated to view the photos and read the description carefully. What you see in the photos is what you will receive in your mailbox. We do not offer refunds on USED items, no exceptions. We do however guarantee that what you see in the photos will be delivered to your door. We take photos, and gather supportive evidence to verify that we send out exactly what is shown in the photos and described in the listing.

Our Return Policy
New Items – you have 14-days money-back guarantee. Our items are shipped promptly and packaged to the best of our ability and with care. Shipping costs are not included in item price unless specified. The shipping cost is separate otherwise. If you must return a product back to us, we expect the exact item in the original condition, no exceptions. Buyer covers return fees. A 20% Restocking fee applies. If we accept your return, we will refund you the amount you paid for the item. If you break, damage, lose, or ship back an item that is not as described, then you are responsible for those damages. Free Shipping does not always include Tracking. We ship free to USA residents only.
USED Items – We do not offer refunds on used items unless you are shipped an item that does not match the description as described online. This rarely happens but everyone makes mistakes so we are not excluded from human error, however we do guarantee that any item you purchase through our store will be what is shown in the photos or your money back. In this case, we cover the price you paid and shipping cost if you have paid. As the customer, you are responsible for taking time to read the description and view the photos carefully. WE sell vintage, coins, antiques and other used items as well as new items. We will guarantee that you will receive what is posted in the photos or your money back. What you see in the photos online, is what you will receive in your mailbox.
Coin rolls
Coins are purchased from coin shops. I buy 100s of Wheat Pennies at a time. I do not always know exactly what I am selling in Coin Rolls. Many of them as stated are Unsearched. I don’t know exactly what I am getting when I buy wheat pennies and when I open my own unsearched rolls sometimes, I am disappointed and other times I am not. But I am not going to post a negative review on the coin shops site just because I am not happy with what I purchased for a very low cost. On the other hand, sometimes I get good rolls. Same for my coins. Sometimes you will get good rolls, other times you may not. I don’t know. I can tell you this, one roll was sold and the woman claimed she got a 1909 S VDB. Others said they got good rolls. One person said one of my coin rolls was not the best roll he bought on Ebay.com, but for such a low price, what can any of us expect.

Clothing and Shoes
Rarely do we sell clothing or shoes online these days. But if we do, used items are none refundable. New items can be returned to us, same rules apply for returns as stated under our Shipping Policy.
Payments
We accept Paypal.com Payments, which includes Credit Cards. You may use your credit card through Paypal.com’s online secure system.
Shipping and Packaging
We are a small store. I am new to this business and learning how to package items. For the most part, I do a good job and secure the items well. But, my taping skills are rubbish due to hand coordination issues but I am getting better. Thank you for your patients. Shipping is handled promptly unless it is Sunday or a holiday. Obviously, we cannot ship your item until the next business day. My preferred method of shipping is First Class, USPS, Parcel Select, Economy and Standard Shipping and Priority Mail. I do ship most items Worldwide and shipments goes to Global Shipping. I do what I can to offer free shipping but in the event I cannot I search to find the most affordable shipping cost. Sometimes this is not possible. Due to shipping increases, we have no control over pricing. But, we do offer Stamps.com now. We can guarantee lower prices, but we will do our utmost to find better rates for everyone. In some cases, we combine shipping for your convenience.
We offer combined shipping, free shipping for most items unless specified.
Customer Service
I do my best to uphold the laws and try to be as best as I can be in customer service. We expect our buyers to be honest and considerate also. We offer friendly services and problem-solving solutions.
Communication & Feedback
We do not tolerate any abuse in any form. If you have a problem with our services simply email us and discuss a solution like mature adults. We try our best to offer honest descriptions, communication, and so forth. Please do the same. Photos and Documentations
We document and photo every single item in our inventory as evidence. We store these files up to 30 days to protect you and ourselves as well. Fraudulent Behaviors will be reported.
